OPERATIONS MANAGER

Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a multi-branch retail business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across all branches and drive operational excellence.
• Drive sales growth, profitability and performance against targets.
• Manage operating costs, budgets and resource utilisation.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising, housekeeping and customer service.
• Oversee inventory, distribution, logistics and delivery performance.
• Lead, coach and develop Branch Managers and operational teams.
• Manage new store openings, relocations, refurbishments and operational projects.
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional execution.
• Analyse operational performance and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement across stores, processes, inventory and customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in multi-store retail operations management.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control.
• Experience in inventory, supply chain, merchandising and logistics.
• Strong leadership, people management and coaching skills.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP systems experience.
• Results-driven, with a strong focus on customer experience and operational performance.
