PROJECT & OPERATIONS FOREMAN – FRESH PRODUCE

Our client, a leading fresh produce import and export business, is seeking an experienced, hands-on Project & Operations Foreman to join their team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Responsible, reliable and hands-on

• Strong team leadership and supervisory skills

• Computer literate

• Experience in project implementation and construction

• Experience in fabrication and installation

• Strong practical and problem-solving abilities

• Customer-service focused

THE ROLE

• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing:
• Cold room and freezer room operations
• Prefab construction projects
• Fabrication and installation teams
• Project implementation and site activities
• Day-to-day team supervision and coordination
